From Monday to Saturday, embrace a fulfilling schedule that spans from 7:00 am to 6:30 pm. Your days will be filled with multiple practice sessions, engaging practical and theory classes, and ample open time for self-study and collaborative teaching with your fellow trainees.
Saturdays: Enjoy a leisurely half day of coursework, allowing you the space to absorb and integrate the week’s learnings.

Where You Will Stay?

Our accommodations, though simple, offer  a haven of tranquility. The rooms, whether shared or private, are designed for comfort, providing you with the ideal space for rest and rejuvenation between invigorating training sessions. As you step out of your door, you’ll find yourself immersed in nature, with the soothing sounds of the surrounding ocean or mountain breeze accompanying your every step.

Opening & Closing Rituals

Feel free to check-in anytime from 10 am on the day before your course begins. This arrival day is dedicated to settling in and acquainting yourself with your new surroundings. In the evening, an orientation and opening ceremony await, followed by a heartwarming welcome dinner. The next morning, your training  schedule kicks off with a sunrise fire ceremony, setting a serene and empowering tone for the days ahead. On the final day, a closing ceremony will be held where you’ll receive your well deserved certificate, followed by a memorable photo session with your fellow graduates. We are committed to providing you with three wholesome, energy-boosting vegetarian (vegan-friendly) meals every day, Monday through Saturday. Our kitchen staff takes pride in selecting local, fresh, and seasonally-appropriate ingredients to ensure each meal is a delightful journey for your taste buds. We strive to give you the sustenance needed for this intensive period, aiming to nourish your soul and fill your body with prana supporting goodness.
