How You Will Spend Your Days and Nights During the Course

Daily Routine

From Monday to Saturday, embrace a fulfilling schedule that spans from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm. Your days will be filled with multiple practice sessions, engaging practical and theory classes, and ample open time for self-study and collaborative teaching with your fellow trainees.

Saturdays: Enjoy a leisurely half day of coursework, allowing you the space to absorb and integrate the week’s learnings.

Sundays: Embrace the tranquility of yoursurroundings as Sundays are dedicated to rest, relaxation, personal study, and the joy of simply being in the moment.

Immerse yourself in the practice of Asanas and the culmination of the week’s practicum.

Explore the Art of Teaching, honing your skills to share the wisdom of yoga.
11:30 am – 12:30 pm

Relish a wholesome lunch, fuelling your body for the enriching journey ahead.

Where You Will Stay?

We provide you with clean, comfortable, and safe accommodations located close to the yoga shalas. Rooms are either shared between two trainees or private, depending on your preference. These simple but cozy  rooms are the perfect respite for rest and relaxation between training sessions. Step out of your door straight into nature, fall asleep with the sounds of the ocean or mountain breeze, and let the fresh air and beautiful scenery fill your soul with happiness and calm.

Opening & Closing

Arrival in Goa, Arambol

Please feel free to check-in any time from 6 am on the day before your course’s start date. This early arrival day is dedicated to allowing you to settle in and become acquainted with your new surroundings. As the sun sets, an orientation session will unfold, paving the way for the transformative journey ahead. The evening will culminate in a warm welcome dinner, fostering connections and setting the stage for a harmonious learning experience.

What You Will Eat?

We provide three healthy, energy-boosting vegetarian (vegan-friendly) meals per day, from Monday to Saturday. Our kitchen staff prides themselves on their selection of local, fresh, and seasonally-appropriate ingredients. We aim to give you all the energy you need for this intensive time. Let us nourish your soul and fill your body with prana-supporting meals! Sunday is a holiday for staff and students.

Distance: Approximately 60 km
Travel Time: Around 1.5 hours by car

  • Taxi: Simply hop into a taxi From GOX or GOI Airport to Shree Hari Yoga School
  • Pre-arranged Transport: Check with us about any shuttle services or transport arrangements they offer from the airport.
  • Public Transport only possible from the GOI Airport
    • Bus:
      • From the airport, take a bus to Panaji (the capital of Goa).
      • From Panaji, take another bus to Arambol. This might involve a change in Mapusa.
